What Is Included?
A one to one strategy session
We will start with a strategy session to identify your goals followed by a body composition analysis and movement screening. This information will allow us to create your plan of action going forward
We will focus on helping you find the right balance to help you achieve your fitness goals faster while still being able to enjoy your lifestyle
We are not only there to support you during training sessions but outside of sessions as well. Through weekly check ins and Facebook groups we can insure you will get all the help you need

You will receive 8 x 60 Minute personal training sessions during the 30 day program focused around your goals and individual needs
