I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have created a unique training facility in the heart of Cheltenham to offer a personal service like no other to support this. Gone are the days of feeling lost and confused about how to achieve your goals. I created Rob Ingram fitness with you in mind to provide you with an environment to support all your needs with a private 1 - 1 personal training gym and client only gym space.
OUR PRIVATE GYM
When I entered the fitness industry I realised early on why people hate gyms and struggle to achieve their goals. A Lack of support, over crowded gyms and tonnes of information that still confuse the most experienced of us. As a result after 4 years personal training in commercial gyms I decided to create my own studio. A studio like no other that offers 1 - 1 training to support all your needs and an environment to help push, support and motivate you. Rob is a great trainer who really takes the time to get to know you and your goals.
