Our 30 day trial has been designed to give you the best start in achieving your goals. With over 10000 hours of personal training we are now providing an online service to match our in person training. You will have access to an online platform with personalised workout programs for you and your goals ranging from 3 to 5 day per week programs.


A Nutrition Plan You Can Stick To

To supplement the training you will be undertaking we will also support you with your nutrition. As we gym for shape and diet for weight there is a real emphasis on what we eat on a daily basis and I will help find what works best for you to support your goals.


A Supportive 30 Day Plan

Alongside your program I will support you with everything you will need to achieve your goals. This will range from extra nutritional support, habit tracking and weekly changes to your program to keep you progressing forward

How Our Program Works


We will begin the program by developing an understanding of your goals, previous training history and what style of training will suit your current life circumstances. Based on this information I will begin the process of finding the best system that will work for you in regards to both training and nutrition  


Creating a tailored plan that works for you?

During your trial you will have access to all the features my in person clients have. This will include your own training hub which will highlight all your weekly workouts. Nutritional program and habit tracking. We can stay really basic here or move to more advanced tracking metrics depending on your goals and experience 


Tracking and measuring progress 

When it comes to personal training we understand that what gets tracked gets measured. Allowing us to make strategic changes to your nutrition and training to allow you to see results over time. I use trainerize for this which acts as your personal log to record/view your workout, nutritional and habitual progression over time. These will also be fully tailored for you and your needs 


Nutritional guidance

Along with the training program, I will assist you with your daily nutrition. I mainly use a habits based approach for this and create small changes over time which yield fantastic results. You do not have to starve yourself or stop eating the things you enjoy to see results.



Lastly this free trial will help you find consistency, with consistency comes results. So it is important we find what style of training you enjoy most and you can see yourself doing for a lifetime.

No, the trial is free and is a great opportunity to explore everything we offer so we can identify what will work best for you and your goals 


What types of training will I be doing?

This will depend on your training history and goals but I will utilise the 30 day trial to find what style of training you will enjoy most and then fit the plan around that to help you achieve your goals. The beauty of fitness training is there really is a style for everyone. This can range from hiit training, circuit training to regular gym routines.


How many days per week will my plan involve

Depending on your goal this can range from anything between 1 and 5 sessions per week. No matter your level we will find the best solution for you and find the best method to suit your current needs and lifestyle. 


What happens after the trial?

Following the trial our online personal training service costs £100 per month. This will include everything you will experience from the trial from your workouts, nutritional support and habit tracking. Again this will be tailored to you. Additionally, you will have support from myself every step of the way to make those daily changes we all need to keep progressing.
