About Our HIIT Classes

If you are looking for a workout that really pushes you in a short space of time. Then look no further than our 30 minute HIIT classes. Designed to push you the entire 30 minutes with a variety of training styles and equipment with a few of these classes per week you will see your fitness improve dramatically. Our classes have a maximum of 5 participants to create a small unit of like minded people which allows me to create small modifications for you week per week to insure you are improving individually and as a group. Our classes do not allow you to stagnate and plateau as a result of this and many members have seen incredible results from our classes alone!

Why HIIT, What are the benefits of it?
High-intensity aerobic interval training (HIIT) is a popular strategy for improving fitness and health, as well as reducing your weight and body fat levels.
Why? because it is a time efficient training method that allows you to push yourself harder for a shorter amount of time. In todays society with long work hours and family life we do not have a lot of time to exercise sufficiently or effectively. That is where HIIT comes in, Within a short 15 - 30 minute session of HIIT you can produce equal to and greater results than sessions which take 60 minutes and above. Fantastic news if you want to create a balance between your work, family and health.
